===== General =====

The [[http://www.korg.co.uk/products/software_controllers/nano2/sc_nano2.php|nanoKONTROL]] is a very portable controller with 9 faders and knobs (8 on [[http://www.korg.co.uk/products/software_controllers/nano2/sc_nano2.php|Series II]], which has an extra button on each channel) along with buttons on each channel and transport controls.

===== Software =====

No drivers required.

The Korg software for configuration works fine on Wine

A native Linux app is available called [[https://github.com/royvegard/Nano-Basket|Nano-Basket]]. This has a dependency on pyalsa that is not in Ubuntu 11.04.

===== Usage =====

The default scenes have all the buttons set to momentary. For apps like Ardour where you may want to use the channel buttons for mute/solo they can be changed to toggle in the editor.
