Hi, although using Linux already for some years and actually playing music as well for some years, I am new to doing audio under Linux. :-)

Found LA and the wiki to be the most exhaustive resource to date on the topic. As I think it can still be improved a lot, I hope to have time to contribute a bit to make it easiert for beginners to get started.
