E-MU 0404 PCIe has:

• Two 1/4“ Unbalanced Inputs
• Two 1/4” Unbalanced Outputs
• 24-bit/96kHz S/PDIF In/Out (switchable to AES/EBU)
• MIDI In/Out

As of August 2013 reported as not supporting higher than 48kHz or duplex 24 bit.

Emutrix mixer should support this interface.
