A very useful sample browser and audio editor.
Pre-listen to audio, with a simple mouse click.
(First add the audio files to the integrated database: Right-click, add.)
SampleCat is a program for cataloguing and auditioning audio samples.
It is written in C and uses the GTK graphics library.
MySql and Sqlite can be used for the database.
